We’re pleased to announce the addition of Jonathan B. Frank, a highly-experienced business and real estate litigator, as Of Counsel to the firm.
The announcement was made by our firm’s President and CEO, Steven D. Sallen. “Jon brings extensive experience and a high level of expertise in the areas of civil litigation, employment, real estate, and business litigation. He also provides arbitration and mediation services in business and real estate cases. Jon will join our Complex Litigation and Risk Advisory Practice Group which offers our clients legal expertise for resolution of the most contentious, and complex matters. Jon’s litigation skills and well-established reputation in our community will further expand this practice area and the array of services that we can provide to our clients,” stated Sallen. With 30 years of experience, Mr. Frank joins the firm from Jackier Gould, P.C. as Of Counsel and previously as a shareholder at Mason Steinhardt Jacobs and Perlman. He focuses his services on providing bottom-line solutions for business and real estate disputes. Mr. Frank has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the Michigan edition of Super Lawyers® from 2013-2015. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.A. with distinction from Stanford University. Mr. Frank is a member of the Oakland County Circuit Court Committee and Oakland County ADR Committee. He also serves on the board of directors of several charitable organizations, including Detroit Police Athletic League, Detroit Urban Debate League and American Jewish Committee.
