The Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit recognized John E. Jacobs as one of its 2015 Distinguished Volunteers by the Association of Fundraising Professionals at its National Philanthropy Day Dinner on November 12 at Cobo Center in Detroit.

Receiving this award emphasizes the significant contributions John has made to positively impacting our community through his considerable volunteer efforts over many, many years, with the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit,” stated Sallen.
National Philanthropy Day® is a special day set aside to recognize the great contributions of philanthropy—and those people active in the philanthropic community—to the enrichment of our world.
