EXPERIENCED LITIGATION ASSOCIATE
We seek an experienced, highly motivated associate with at least 5 years of litigation experience to assist and handle general and complex litigation matters in the areas of real estate, shareholder/member disputes, employment, probate, and corporate/business matters. This associate will draft pleadings and research memoranda, handle depositions and court hearings, interact with firm clients, opposing counsel, and court staff, develop file background, and assist with strategy formulation. This position requires excellent research, writing, and presentation skills.
EXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE, CORPORATE, AND BUSINESS ATTORNEY
We seek an experienced, highly motivated attorney with at least 5 years of experience advising businesses on all phases of real estate, corporate, transactional, and commercial matters including entity formation, organizational documents, due diligence, governance, operating agreements, lease agreements, shareholder agreements, purchase and sale of commercial and industrial real estate, purchase and sale of assets and/or business interests, mergers, business succession transactional documents, regulatory compliance and commercial agreements including loan agreements, vendor contracts, and master service agreements.
This position requires excellent drafting, negotiation, deal-oriented, and communication skills. The ideal candidate would be seeking to transfer or grow their own book of business by developing strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor.
We have opportunities available for full-time litigation and transactional secretarial positions. Candidates should have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, the ability to pay strong attention to detail, and a desire to learn and adapt to new processes. Must communicate effectively with attorneys, courts, and clients.
Responsibilities include preparation of various types of legal forms and documents including reviewing, transcribing, and proofreading, calendaring appointments and court dates, e-filing in Federal and Circuit Courts, as well as managing, organizing, and maintaining documents in paper or electronic filing systems.

LAW FIRM RECEPTIONIST
We have an opening for a full-time receptionist. Candidates should have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and reception experience with a multi-line phone system. The role will also include secretarial responsibilities within the firm as needed. Also, candidates must communicate effectively with callers, visitors, guests, attorneys, and staff.
