
Maddin Hauser Welcomes Jeffrey Frank
Maddin Hauser is pleased to announce that Jeffrey M. Frank has joined the firm as a shareholder. A skilled litigator with over thirty years of practice, Jeff deftly handles commercial, construction, and probate disputes. His tremendous expertise in surety matters has earned him a reputation as one of Michigan’s premier practitioners in this complex and consequential area of the law. Jeff co-chairs the surety and construction practice group and is a member of our complex litigation and risk advisory group.

Jeff handles construction, commercial, and surety-related claims, investigations, risk analyses, and negotiations. He also works closely with sureties, contractors and subcontractors, owners and owners’ representatives, and indemnitors in all levels of bond claims and litigation. Jeff has expertise handling a wide variety of commercial surety products, with a specialty in resolving probate bond claims. He earned his law degree from Boston University School of Law.
