DAVID H. David’s involvement in debtor and creditor rights matters—both in and out of court—includes bankruptcies, workouts, forbearances, restructurings, wind-downs, liquidations, dissolutions, receiverships, and transactional acquisition and sale matters involving insolvent entities and their owners.
