MARC WISE, of counsel, concentrates his practice on employee benefits with a strong emphasis on health and welfare benefit plan matters. He has extensive experience in the design, financing, implementation, and correction of pension and welfare benefit plans for large, multi-state employers as well as small local employers.
Marc counsels clients in the review, redesign, and documentation of insured and self-insured programs to comply with the many changes caused by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. He represents clients before the IRS, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
After earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University with dual majors in accounting and economics, Marc was awarded his Juris Doctor degree from Ohio Northern University and a Master of Laws degree from Wayne State University.
