Maddin Hauser’s Success Through Empowerment and Engagement (“SEE”) Committee is focused upon promoting diversity and inclusion at our firm. The mission of the SEE Committee is to maintain and enhance our current firm environment and culture where attorneys from diverse backgrounds can succeed, achieve and lead internally both within the firm and externally in the legal community, to improve the recruitment, retention and advancement of attorneys from diverse backgrounds, and to promote business and personal development, business connections and networking activities for Maddin Hauser’s diverse attorneys.
The SEE Committee includes a collection of our firm attorneys across all practice groups, developing programming related to our firm culture and mentorship/support systems, targeting the recruitment and retention of top talent while also providing a welcoming workplace where attorneys feel valued for their unique strengths, contributions, personal characteristics, and life experiences. In addition, a key focus of the Committee is addressing the development of community, leadership, and business – both within and outside the firm – within the context of diversity and inclusion.
