Maddin Hauser Promotes Tanya Lundberg to Chief Administrative Officer

Maddin Hauser is pleased to announce that Tanya E.J. Lundberg has been elevated to Chief Administrative Officer. Tanya joined the firm in 2022 as the associate office administrator. In the short time she has been at the firm, Tanya has had a tremendous impact in helping position Maddin Hauser as a premier law firm and an employer of choice. She assumed her new role on January 1, 2026.

Tanya manages human resources, benefits, payroll, new employee onboarding, information technology, finance and accounting, and facilities management. With a keen eye toward the firm’s growth, Tanya has also expanded the firm’s recruiting efforts and continually enhances professional development opportunities. Alongside Steve Sallen and Ron Sollish, she led the firm’s historic office move in 2024. Tanya is deeply passionate about giving back to the Detroit legal community. She serves on the board of directors of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan and is a past president of the Women’s Bar Association.

Tanya joined Maddin Hauser from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where she was the assistant dean of Career Services and Outreach. She graduated cum laude from Wayne State University School of Law in 2007 and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2003.
