Representing businesses across the full spectrum of complex commercial disputes, including real property, construction, mortgages, financial services, and other business and transactional matters, Mitch brings a wealth of diverse experience to his work. His well-honed advocacy skills, particularly in the courtroom and at the appellate level, have consistently positioned his clients for successful outcomes, whether through pre-trial judgments after hard-fought battles or favorable settlements that spare clients the costs and burdens of protracted litigation.
Prior to joining Maddin Hauser, Mitch was a Partner at a prominent civil defense firm handling matters of general negligence, auto negligence, construction negligence and contract disputes, and business disputes including defamation, slander/libel, and corporate interference. Mitch has also served as a managing litigation attorney for a prominent no-fault insurer and defended clients’ interests in cases involving claim and delivery, insurance fraud, real property loss, insurance coverage and indemnity, municipal law, premises liability, and general civil litigation. He also possesses a strong securities background, with extensive work on commodities, equities, and energy futures trading matters, including FINRA/AML/KYC compliance counseling.
