MARY BETH MATERA, paralegal, specializes in probate administration, trust administration, estate planning, and estate tax. With more than 35 years of experience, she can assist clients in all aspects of probate estate proceedings, trust administration, adult and minor conservatorship, adult and minor guardianships, estate planning, and preparation of federal estate tax returns. Mary Beth has worked in many areas of law, including corporate, real estate, and initial public offerings.
Mary Beth studied business administration in finance at Wayne State University and graduated magna cum laude with an Associate’s degree of Science/Legal Assistant from Macomb County Community College.
She is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association Probate, Estate & Trust Committee, and the Paralegal Committee. She also is a member of the Oakland County Probate Mentor Group.
Mary Beth has been with us for more than 20 years and enjoys college football and traveling with her husband Angelo.
