Maddin Hauser proudly congratulates shareholders William E. Sigler and Stewart C.W. Weiner for recently celebrating forty years of practice. A tremendous career milestone, Bill and Stewart maintain active practices as integral members of the firm.

Bill centers his practice on business planning, structuring and forming business entities, mergers and acquisitions, real property acquisitions and dispositions, contract drafting and review, employee benefit plans, executive compensation, and estate and business succession planning.

After earning his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 1980, Bill received his Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1983. He frequently presents in Maddin Hauser’s Breakfast Bites programs and to the Accounting & Finance Professional Association.

Stewart advises businesses and high net-worth individuals and families in business, family law, and trust litigation matters, as well as construction, securities, shareholder and entity disputes, and succession planning issues.

Before earning his law degree from the University of Detroit, Stewart received his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan. He writes regularly on Michigan family law, corporate, and estate planning issues.
