AVRAHAM WEISS is an associate and member of our Defense and Insurance Coverage group. An experienced litigator, Avraham’s practice primarily focuses on the insurance industry and its insureds’ needs. The matters he handles include professional liability, employment litigation, general liability, catastrophic loss, and wrongful death cases. When devising litigation strategies, protecting clients’ interests and minimizing their exposure are always at the top of his mind. Avraham understands the importance of solid relationships when navigating the nuances of litigation and emphasizes open communication with clients and opposing counsel.
Avraham earned his law degree at Wayne State University while maintaining academic excellence. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Hebrew letters at Yeshiva Gedolah Rabbinical College. During law school, Avraham was an extern at the National Labor Relations Board, gaining invaluable insights into labor and employment law.
Before joining Maddin Hauser, Avraham worked with regional firms, handling a broad array of litigation matters, including personal injury, insurance coverage, and first and third-party auto injuries.
