KEVIN MAJEWSKI, counsel and member of Maddin Hauser’s Financial Services and Real Property Litigation group, takes a methodical yet creative approach to the complex litigation matters he handles. An experienced and formidable advocate, Kevin focuses his practice on disputes relating to real property, construction, mortgages, financial services, and other business issues.
A relentless work ethic forms the foundation of Kevin’s success as a litigator. From the minute a matter crosses his desk, he digs deep into the details of the relevant facts and issues, analyzing and framing them in a way that facilitates the development of case strategies specifically tailored to align with his client’s goals.
Before joining Maddin Hauser, Kevin worked for an insurance defense firm defending large retailers, businesses, and individuals in negligence and personal injury defense litigation. There, he honed his skills and approach and acquired substantial experience advocating for his clients in trials, hearings, and mediation.
A graduate of the University of Michigan-Dearborn with high distinction, Kevin earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law, where he was awarded the Jurisprudence Award in both Patent Law and Rule of Law and Jurisprudence.
