A former Maddin Hauser summer associate and a member of the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate practice groups, Nolan has collaborated with attorneys throughout the firm to develop and expand his experience and skill sets, with a focus on business and real estate transactions. In his corporate practice, Nolan has been involved in a range of ownership, stock, financing, and related transactions. His real estate work has included drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lease and purchase agreements, as well as addressing zoning and land use matters.
Nolan has earned an impressive reputation for his meticulous attention to detail and demonstrable drive to constantly learn and grow as a lawyer, always seeking new challenges and opportunities.
