Brian combines his regulatory and enforcement experience with his commercial litigation background to help financial services clients create practical, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.

Brian graduated from Notre Dame Law School in 1998. He then clerked for Michigan Court of Appeals Judge Joel Hoekstra. Before that, he attended graduate school at the University of Miami to study philosophy of religion and philosophy of science.
