Maddin Hauser Adds Depth to Real Estate and Corporate and Employment Practices with Jordan Segal
Maddin, Hauser, Roth & Heller, P.C., is pleased to announce that Jordan B. Segal joined the firm as an associate attorney. He is a member of the Real Estate and Corporate and Employment practice groups.
Jordan represents clients across a broad range of business and employment matters. He regularly drafts employee noncompetition, nonsolicitation, and nondisclosure agreements, as well as architectural, engineering, and construction contracts. While there, he provided legal advice in all aspects of commercial real estate development, including zoning, permitting, construction, acquisitions, sales, commercial leases, title review, entity formation, corporate maintenance, and project financing.
Jordan is a frequent contributor to academic and business journals, including Michigan Business Law Journal, Compliance Today, and Cooley Law Review. Admitted to practice in Michigan and Maryland, Jordan actively participates in the Business Law Section of the Michigan Bar Association, where he serves as chair of the In-House Counsel Committee.
