RACHAEL A. FRAWLEY-PANYARD is a shareholder in our Financial Services and Real Property Litigation group. Before joining us, Rachael practiced law at a boutique law firm where she represented clients in transactional and general civil litigation matters. She specialized in business litigation, contract disputes, real property law, and creditor’s rights and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) compliance.
Rachael has litigated real estate transactions involving complex title issues, represented real estate brokers and agents in errors & omissions (E & O) claims, and creditors in collection disputes. She uses her previous experience to focus her practice on mortgage related disputes, construction liens, and title insurance coverage claims.
Rachael earned her Juris Doctor in 2009 from Wayne State University Law School and her Bachelor of Arts in 2005 from Michigan State University.
Recognized for her work in real estate litigation, Rachael is named in Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is admitted to practice in the United State District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
