DAVID H. He is also an expert on many types of legal agreements: purchase, shareholder, operating, buy-sell, vendor service, master services, security, settlement, lease, loan, license, employment, severance, non-competition, and nondisclosure agreements. In addition, David represents clients in matters related to assignments, guaranties, and general business planning.
David’s involvement in debtor and creditor rights matters—both in and out of court—includes bankruptcies, workouts, forbearances, restructurings, wind-downs, liquidations, dissolutions, receiverships, and transactional acquisition and sale matters involving insolvent entities and their owners.
